In the wave of global energy transition, driven by both policy support and market demand, solid-state battery is becoming the focus of the global competition in EV cell technology. LEAD is now introducing an all-solid-state battery whole line solution, bridging the manufacturing processes of all-solid-state batteries. The whole line covers key processes for the all-solid-state battery manufacturing from solid electrode production, solid electrolyte film and lamination equipment, to cell assembly, densification, and high pressure formation and grading.

Through deep integration of materials, processes, and equipment, as well as multi dimensional technological innovation, a dynamic balance of precision, yield, and efficiency has been achieved in key processes such as dry coating, wet coating, and stacking. This transformation represents not only a breakthrough in ASSB manufacturing technology, but also fills critical gaps in the industry’s ability to translate lab achievements into engineering reality, while addressing the urgent global demand for clean energy storage under the goals of carbon neutrality.

What are All-Solid-State Batteries?

As a core development direction for next‑generation EV batteries, some solid-state technologies currently in the lab and pilot stages have already achieved impressive results. However, the industry still faces significant challenges in moving from lab‑scale prototypes to large‑scale mass production with high consistency, high yield, and low cost.

LEAD focuses on the feasibility of intelligent mass production for all‑solid‑state battery, with “efficient intelligent manufacturing” as its core. We have now developed equipment adapted for the mass production scenarios of solid-state batteries, targeting such core processes as dry mixing, dry coating, lmination & decaling, stacking and high-pressure formation.

Ultra-thin electrolyte making process, with electrolyte thickness controlled less than 20μm.

Mini-environment Control System

The equipment is equipped with a mini-environment control system to meet the stringent production environment control requirements of solid-state batteries.

Independent Research and Development

Equipped with independently developed specialized testing and analysis software, the software can meet customer's testing needs in various scenarios such as recipe development, material evaluation, process verification, and quality assessment, helping solid-state electrode processes to evolve from the laboratory to large-scale production.
